Well, it’s been posted, that visa application of mine.  Which means it’s now 100% out of my control and I will try very hard to relax and let it be.  To start, I’m finally getting into the holiday spirit by wrapping gifts, watching Love Actually, brewing homemade Mexican hot cocoa, and writing cards.  Onto mulled wine, ice skating, and Christmas markets tonight!

Christmas came so early this year!
I suppose amidst all the negatives of not being home for Christmas there are a few positives… such as the fact that my family sends gifts and I receive them early :-) Happy Christmas to me on December 12th!  But this will be a true testament of my self-control, one little trait I’m seriously lacking! Thanks mom! xo

Check out my projects on CrowdRise! →
SpanAfrica is working very hard to raise over $8,000 before the close of 2011 and we would love your support!  With over $4,000 raised, we are now more than halfway to reaching our goal and every bit helps.   We are currently fundraising for three projects, see if one interests you! The Nina Initiative, a women’s agricultural cooperative that empowers rural Kenyan women through...
