Watch this BBC video! →
Watch this video of a stray dog who joined a cycling race across China. The dog was nick-named “Xiaosa” and joined the cyclists after one gave him food. He ran with the cyclists for 24 days, covering 60km per days and climbing 12 mountains.

Eating organic
Fun food fact on eating fruit: if it has a thick skin (e.g. citrus, pineapple) the edible part is less likely to be contaminated by pesticides and other chemicals due to it’s thick outer shell, therefore making fruit such as grapes, berries, and apples more important to choose organic.
