I mailed a birthday card to a friend in the US today (late, as per usual, it might arrive three days after her birthday) and began thinking of all the upcoming autumn birthdays.  I counted twelve of my closest friends and relatives in the next two months, twelve (and that’s not including my own)! 

Well, Desserts For Breakfast has a penchant for pumpkin which I can whole-heartedly get into.  And with all these birthdays on the brink I’m going to have to get creative with my gifting.  But I know at least one birthday that pumpkin will be perfect for (see above).  I’m just sayin’.
